.What is your service guarantee?
If you are dissatisfied for any reason, let us know within 24 hours and we will re-clean within 48 hours.

 Are you bonded?

Payment information
Payment is due before or at time of service .We now have the convenience for you to pay online direct through our website for your house cleaning services ( 2.75 % transaction rate apply) We accept cash, checks and all major credit cards.  We request payment at the time of service but understand that, if you're paying by cash or check, you may forget. In this case, we will extend a 5 day grace period before issuing a late fee. Should you choose to pay by credit card, your payment will be processed on the service date. 

What are your business hours?
We take scheduling/questions calls from 7 am until 9 pm everyday including weekends
Pristine Cleaning Service LLC is open everyday from 7am until 6 pm. We are open on all major holidays and weekends. We are currently not accepting weekend scheduling for Angie's List coupons/Groupons. We reserve the weekends for regular clients ONLY ( by appointment only).

Do I need to be at home when my housekeeper comes?
Some clients prefer to be home and some prefer we come while they are at work. We are happy to serve you however you are most comfortable.

Do you bring your own equipment and supplies?
Yes, unless the customer prefers us to use theirs and or specific products required and provided by customer.

Can you give me a definite appointment time?​
Pristine Cleaning Service LLC can give you a window of two (2) hours for an arrival time. Conditions such as traffic, weather, or a lockout can delay or advance your team schedule. We will call / text you when your team is on their way.

Can I change my cleaning schedule?
Yes, you can. Please call the office and speak to Nichole. Our cleaning teams are not authorized to make any scheduling changes.

Will the maids you send be expecting tips?
Our employees do not expect tips. Some clients prefer to leave a tip and tips are welcome, should you choose to do so but they are not expected.

Who provides equipment and supplies?
Pristine Cleaning Service LLC provides all cleaning supplies and equipment to you, free of charge. If you prefer, we can use any items/products of yours that you request.


Due to insurance and safety constraints we are limited to the following:

  We can only stand on a two-step ladder
  On applicable services, we are only able to clean inside windows (not outside)
  We can only lift items weighing less than 20 pounds
  We cannot handle pet messes or human waste
